U.S. Intelligence Community Officials 2019 Threats Testimony to Congress

In conjunction to the recent January 22, 2019 release of the National Intelligence Strategy (NIS) that updated the 2014 version, here is an important Congressional testimony by the U.S. Intelligence Community regarding the 2019 threats to U.S. national and global security.
